General Corporate Information
The original FasTags, Inc. corporation was owned by Cynthia Kirkeby and a partner. In December 2002, FasTags, Inc. was placed into bankruptcy by the partner over the objections of Cynthia Kirkeby.
After eight months of working with the US Bankruptcy Trustee, Cynthia Kirkeby was able to purchase substantially all of the FasTags® assets, including all of the trademarks, copyrights, and the right to use the trade name FasTags. FasTags® are still here, under the new corporate name of Project FasTags, Inc.
Project FasTags, Inc. filed a dba and currently does business under our trademarked name: FasTags®.
Accept no substitutes. Do not be fooled by look-alike designs. Look for the FasTags® brand name. Stay with a winner, purchase FasTags® , the Original Shrinking ID Tag.
